How do I view my points?
It's easy! Just click on the icon at the bottom left and sign in with your details. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to see your points balance, discover more ways to earn points, and redeem your rewards!
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
This means if there’s no change to your points balance within a year, all points earned in the previous 12 months will be removed.
Why didn’t I earn points for my purchase?
Oh no! Double-check that you were signed into your account and not checking out as a guest. You must be logged into your account when making purchases to earn points.
If you’ve accidentally done so, email me at hello@yunabi.com so I can manually apply the points to your purchase.
